Terms of use
Last updated: 15 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Daary (daary.in), an itinerary creation and sharing tool for travel planners. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Daary lets travel planners create, brand, preview, publish, and revise travel itineraries. It is not a booking, payment, CRM, or inventory system. You are responsible for the accuracy of itinerary content you publish.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Customer content and links
Published itinerary links may be viewed by anyone who has the URL. Do not put sensitive personal data in itineraries unless appropriate. You retain ownership of content you enter; you grant Daary a license to host and display it to operate the service.
4. AI features
Optional AI tools may generate or rewrite text. AI output can be imperfect. You must review and approve content before publishing. Daary does not make travel decisions for your customers.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (including attempts to disrupt it, access others’ data, or use it for unlawful purposes). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Daary is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on itinerary content.
