This Privacy Policy explains how Daary (“we”) collects and uses information when you use daary.in.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email, name, company name, and authentication details.
• Itinerary data: trip details, day plans, branding, and related content you enter.
• Customer fields you add: e.g. traveler name or contact notes stored on a trip (entered by you, not collected from travelers by default).
• Usage and technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service (e.g. IP, timestamps).

2. How we use information

We use data to provide the product (accounts, itineraries, publishing), improve reliability, provide optional AI text assistance, and communicate about the service.

3. Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, auth, AI API) to operate Daary. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information. Published itinerary links are intentionally shareable with anyone who has the URL.

4. Retention

We retain account and itinerary data while your account is active and as needed for legal or security purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

5. Your choices

You can update brand and trip data in the app. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email hello@daary.in.
